Mitt Romney Getting Ready for Defeat in South Carolina? Tells Laura Ingraham, “I Expect that Newt Will Win some Primaries and Contests. . . I’m Not Expecting to Win them All” – Audio 1/20/12

I don’t know. But here is audio of Mitt Romney on the Laura Ingraham Show this morning where he talked to her about the GOP Presidential race, and demonstrated he is taking the long view on the battle for the nomination. He seemed to be conceding the growing strength of Newt Gingrich by saying, “I expect Newt to win some primaries and contests.”

Romney also said he will be releasing his tax returns, he just wants to release them all at the same time – probably in April. He just does not seem to get that he has allowed this to become a real problem for himself. He keeps saying he does not want to get the “drip-drip” from the DNC if he releases old returns now and his new return in April – Someone close to him needs to tell him HE’S ALREADY GETTING THE DRIP-DRIP because it’s being talked about day after day and he looks evasive! He just seems clueless about it!
