More Obama ideology from his speech in Roanoke, Virginia yesterday – “If you’ve been successful, you didn’t get there on your own. . . ” The importance of the collective vs. the individual. In his mind, that’s why Government must get larger and larger, because people just can’t make it on their own. That’s the spirit that defeated the British and blazed the pioneer trails westward, I’m sure. Nothing like that “Can do” spirit!
