Here is a new “Crossroads GPS” ad that takes off on Paul Ryan’s speech where he mentioned the disappointment of students living at home with their faded “Obama Poster” on the wall from 2008, because they cannot find a job.

Great ad!

Did you know our Vice-President’s name is “Joe Bidenopoulos?” When Joe Biden saw a group of men he believed to be of Greek descent today seated at a table in Ohio, he walked up to them and said, “I’m Joe Bidenopoulos.”

Remember what Clint Eastwood said last night about Joe Biden being “the intellect” of the Democrat Party?

Here is raw video, from the AP, of Gov. Mitt Romney visiting hard-hit areas of Louisiana from Hurricane Isaac. Romney joined Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal in surveying the flooding and damage, along with his wife, Ann.

Romney changed his schedule this morning from a planned rally in Virginia with Paul Rayan to come to Louisiana. His visit appears to have worried the Obama Campaign enough that they have suddenly changed their plans in order to visit the area. Obama was to be in Ohio Monday to campaign, but has now canceled that appearance and will head to Louisiana:

UK DAILY MAIL: President Barack Obama was today forced to announce he will fly to storm-hit Louisiana on Monday – hours after Mitt Romney beat him to the punch by deciding to head there this afternoon.

After it emerged that Obama was still taking time to fit in a campaign stop in Cleveland, Ohio before checking out how clean-up operations are proceeding in the Bayou state, the Obama campaign abruptly cancelled that event.

In light of the President’s travel to Louisiana to meet with local officials and view ongoing response and recovery efforts to Hurricane Isaac, President Obama will no longer travel to Cleveland, Ohio on Monday, September 3,’ the campaign said in a terse statement.

Here is video of Mitt Romney in Lakeland, Florida today where he said Barack Obama has failed to live up the standards he set for himself. He has not cut the deficit, as he promised. He has failed miserably in job creation. Unemployment has been over 8% for 42 months, while Obama promised it would never get to 8% if his Stimulus boondoggle was adopted. If judged by his own measures, Barack Obama should be turned out of office.

Here is video of Chuck Todd on MSNBC this morning dumbfounding the chair of the upcoming Democrat National Convention by asking Antonio Villaraigosa why it is the Republicans who have elected more women and Latino Governors and Senators than have the Democrats, even though the Democrats are constantly pushing the lie that the GOP is the party of old, white men. Villaraigosa was clearly shocked he got a real question from someone at MSNBC, and did not have much of an answer! Kudos to Todd for asking a real question.

Fresh off his Acceptance Speech at the Republican National Convention, Mitt Romney will head to Louisiana today to join Gov. Bobby Jindal in visiting areas hard hit by Hurricane Isaac:

ABC NEWS: In a last-minute change of plans, Mitt Romney will head to visit storm-affected areas in New Orleans today, skipping a previously scheduled joint rally with running mate Paul Ryan in the battleground state of Virginia this afternoon.

A Romney aide told ABC News that Romney will “join Gov. Jindal and will meet with first responders, thank them for their work and see areas impacted by the storm in LaFitte, La.”

Jindal cancelled his plans earlier this week to attend the Republican National Convention after Hurricane Isaac moved up the Gulf Coast and wreaked damage across Louisiana. Two deaths have been reported in Louisiana as a result of the storm and widespread damage and flooding. The storm hit on the seven-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. . . . Read More

Here is video of a woman whose family was part of Mitt Romney’s church in Massachusetts when he was serving as a leader of the congregation. The woman shares how Romney ministered to their family through the years, particularly when their daughter was born premature, and suffered tragic complications.

I believe this testimony, and the other one shared at the convention, will go viral, and it will become very difficult for Barack Obama and the Democrats to continue trying to paint the false narrative of Mitt Romney as an uncaring robot. It is clear, he is anything but that. In fact, from these testimonies, what comes across is that Mitt Romney’s care and concern for people is real, practical and genuine – not composed of mere words or manufactured for the cameras.

Last night at the Republican National Convention, two families from Gov. Mitt Romney’s church got up and shared from the heart about Mitt Romney, the man. This older couple shared about how Romney had ministered to their family as their 14 year-old son struggled with, and then died from leukemia. Incredibly touching, and effective in showing the heart of this man.
