Here is video from “Morning Joe” on MSNBC today, where Mike Barnicle asked Chuck Todd what he is hearing about “the cold hand of fear gripping Chicago” – meaning the Obama Campaign. Chuck Todd’s response: “Well, it is.”

Todd said the Obama Campaign is trying to be careful about showing any overt changes that would reveal that fear, but he is hearing they are making some changes, particularly in who is going to work with Obama on debate prep.
