Chuck Todd on “Morning Joe”: A “Structural Change” in Romney’s Favor has taken Place in 2012 Election; Obama Advantage in Battleground States “Now Gone” – Video 10/15/12

Here is NBC News’ Chuck Todd on “Morning Joe” today where he said it appears to him that a structural change has taken place in the 2012 Presidential Race, and Barack Obama’s advantage in the key Battleground States “is now gone.” Todd said Obama still has a slight edge in Ohio, but that it is fading fast. He said the 2nd Presidential Debate tomorrow night is critical for Obama to do well in, or he will be facing a deficit that will be difficult to overcome.
