Here is video of NBC News’ Chuck Todd and Politico’s Jonathan Martin telling MSNBC’s Chris Matthews that one of two conclusions will happen to the 2012 Presidential Election. Either Barack Obama will “sweat out” a very narrou electoral victory, or Mitt Romney will break through and sweep the Battleground States.
