Gov. Jeb Bush Speech at CPAC 2013 – Complete Video 3/15/13

Here is complete video of Gov. Jeb Bush speaking at CPAC 2013 last night, as the featured speaker during the Ronald Reagan Dinner.

Bush did not exactly wow the crowd, from most of the reports I’ve seen. I’ll try to post some of the reaction below:

There is a sense in crowd that Jeb is lecturing. Reading them his memo. No red meat, no big applause lines. Even-tempered.
