Harvard Law Prof Alan Dershowitz Slams Prosecutor’s “Overcharge” of George Zimmerman; Says He would Find “Reasonable Doubt” and Acquit – Audio 7/9/13

Here is audio of renowned Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz on “The Steve Malzberg Radio Show” analyzing the George Zimmerman Muder Trial and saying he would vote for acquittal if he was on the jury. Dershowitz said the case is grossly “overcharged” by the prosecutor, and that the prosecution will likely hope to get the jury to compromise down to a Manslaughter conviction. He thinks Zimmerman’s attorneys will argue the jury should convict or acquit on 2nd Degree Murder and not be allowed in a compromise verdict since that is really not the case that has been argued.
