Here is video of GOP Rep. Trey Gowdy objecting this morning at a House Hearing to IRS Official Lois Lerner being allowed to “tell her side” in an opening statement and then use the 5th Amendment to not answer any questions. Gowdy argued Lerner essentially waived her right to plead the 5th Amendment by making an opening statement in which she asserted she has done nothing wrong, breaking no laws or rules. Gowdy said she should be made to remain there and answer questions. Chairman Darrell Issa, instead, dismissed Lerner and her attorneys after she asserted her 5th Amendment rights.

Here is video of Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan giving an opening statement today at a House Hearing on the IRS Scandal involving the targeting of Conservatives. Jordan did a great job of conveying just how unbelievable the Obama Administration’s story is that two low-level IRS workers in the Cincinnati office are entirely responsible for the systematic targeting of Conservatives.

Here is video of IRS Official Lois Lerner claiming “I did nothing wrong,” just before refusing to answer any questions at a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing today, by pleading the 5th Amendment. Chairman Darrell Issa attempted asking her a few questions, but each time, Lerner refused to answer.

Here is a new ad featuring some of the parents of the four Americans who were killed in the terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya. It calls for Barack Obama “to be held accountable” for giving the real answers on what happened in Benghazi and why.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee will hold a hearing today beginning at 9:30 AM ET on “”Targeting Americans for Their Political Beliefs.” IRS and Treasury Department Officials are expected to testify at the hearing on the goings-on within the IRS related to the growing IRS Scandal involving the targeting of Conservative Groups. Lois Lerner, IRS Head of the Tax-Exempt Division is expected to testify and plead the 5th Amendment.

In all fairness, the President won’t even know Lois Lerner is taking the fifth until he picks up tomorrow morning’s paper.
