Joe strikes again!
While posing for a photo with North Dakota Sen. Heidi Heitkamp and her family following her swearing-in as a U.S. Senator today, Joe Biden actually said, “Spread your legs – you’re going to be frisked.” He made the remark after the photographer asked one of the family members to “drop your hands” for the photo.
