Florida senator Marco Rubio, a member of “The Gang of 8″ crafting a new immigration bill, told Fox News’ Sean Hannity that border security was essential for the passage of any immigration legislation.
Rubio stated that securing the borders comes first. And if that provision is not not met it would be a “deal killer”.
