Well, at least Massachusetts Democrat Rep. Jim McGovern is honest about how he feels about the U.S. Constitution. McGovern said in a debate recently, “I think the Constitution is wrong” when it comes to free speech, and the opportunity for businesses and corporations to exercise their First Amendment rights in campaigns. He had first criticized the U.S. Supreme Court “Citizens United” decision, but then ratcheted up his rhetoric by coming out and saying, “I think the Constitution is wrong.”
