Here is video today of Sen. Rand Paul questioning Sen. John Kerry at his confirmation hearing to be the next Secretary of State. Paul asked Kerry if he agreed with “Candidate Barack Obama” or “President Barack Obama” on whether a President should go to war without Congressional authority – as Paul said Obama did in Libya.
As Sen. John Kerry ended his confirmation hearing to be the next Secretary of State, he was interrupted by an anti-war heckler. Poetic justice for a man who was an anti-Vietnam War protester himself.
