Merry Christmas! “For unto you is born this day, in the City of David, a Savior, which is Christ the Lord” – 12/25/13

“Open Line Comments – Christmas Day” – 12/25/13

Here is video of Sandi Patty back in the 1980’s (I think) singing one of the really beautiful Christmas songs – “Come Let Us Worship the King.” She sang it at a Billy Graham Crusade in Denver.

The coming of God into the world through the birth of Jesus Christ really is the reason for the season. I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas! Sandi Patty Sings “Come Let Us Worship the King!” – Video

It’s Christmas Day! We hope you have a very Merry Christmas, and that the day will be filled with joy for you and your family.

This video is of a “flash mob” last year singing the “Hallelujah Chorus” to an unsuspecting audience at a Food Court! God is worthy to be praised for His mercy and grace to us. His coming into this world in the person of Jesus Christ shows His love for you and for me. The babe born in Bethlehem would go on to bear the sin of the world – your sin and my sin – to pay the debt we could never pay. I hope this day will be a day of giving thanks for what God has done for you in giving the greatest Gift of all.

Here also is the beautiful Christmas song, “Mary, Did You Know?”, written and sung by Mark Lowry:

“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.” (Luke 2:11)

Merry Christmas!

Do you want to put Mitt Romney gift tags on all your Christmas presents this year?

The Romney Campaign seems to hope you will. But – oh, wait – the tags don’t say “Merry Christmas” on them, do they? I guess the “War on Christmas” has been won in Romneyville.
