Here is Judge Andrew Napolitano saying that Sen. Marco Rubio has courage in pointing out the heart of the problem with Barack Obama: He simply does not believe in parts of the U.S. Constitution.

Napolitano was referring to Rubio’s blunt assessment that Obama just does not believe in the 2nd Amendment, but does not have the “guts” to just come out and say so.
