The December 2012 Unemployment Numbers are out, and the Unemployment Rate moved up to 7.8%. The Obama water-carriers are saying it remained “unchanged” because they revised the November number up from 7.7% to 7.8%, after having trumpeted by drop in unemployment to 7.7%!

Here is a new “Crossroads Generation” Ad that drives home the reality of how bad Barack Obama has been for Jobs in America – particularly for younger workers. The ad points out that more than 53% of college graduates under 25 are either unemployed or underemployed. The voice on the ad says, “Whatever he’s tried hasn’t worked, which means we can’t work. Maybe it’s time for us to try something else.”

Here is video of President Obama this morning making a statement in the White House Rose Garden in which he reacted to the disastrous June jobs numbers by saying, “we still have a long way to go and a lot of work to do.” But he took no responsibility for the increase in Unemployment to 9.2% despite all the massive spending he has engaged in under the guise it would turn the economy around. Here is video of reporter Al Hunt saying he heard Obama Campaign Guru David Plouffe tell a breakfast group that the U.S. Unemployment Rate won’t hurt Obama in 2012 because “voters don’t focus on the unemployment rate or GDP.” He said that one day ahead of the dismal June 2011 Jobs Report which shows unemployment has risen to 9.2%.

House Speaker John Boehner blasts Obama for joking about his failed “stimulus” while millions of Americans find themselves unemployed.
“Yesterday, the President in a speech joked about the fact that his ‘stimulus’ plan hasn’t worked quite the way they thought and it hasn’t created the jobs that were promised. And I don’t think it’s a joke to the millions of Americans who find themselves unemployed.
“And on top of that we’re about celebrate the one-year anniversary of ‘Recovery Summer’ announced by Vice President Biden. And the American people are still asking the question, ‘well, where are the jobs?'”
